# TollRelay gives every agent a pass and a spending limit, and never touches the money.

A company registers once, gives each agent a pass and a spending limit, and the agent shows the pass on every request. Sellers check it in one call. The company's history says what was spent, where, and under whose limit.

## Who runs it

TollRelay is a Hoosei venture, incubated by Hoosei Limited and run by its founder.

Welila's software layer is the first to check passes: every checked call it serves names TollRelay, and it pays the published check rate with no revenue share either way.

## What it never does

Passes, spending limits and checks never hold, move or custody funds. A seller charges the way it already does, and TollRelay records the payment reference the seller reports.

## Where the data lives

A company's history lives in the EU or the US, whichever it chose when it signed up, and never leaves it. The part of TollRelay that routes requests holds no personal data.
