# TollRelay

> One pass for every agent that spends.

Issue it once. Sellers check it at the gate. The record says what went through, and TollRelay never touches the money.

TollRelay never moves money. A seller charges on its own rail; TollRelay verifies the identity on the request and records the settlement the seller reports.
