# Pricing

Free for your first agent. Free for sellers up to 10,000 checks a month.

Companies pay for the agents they run. Sellers pay per check after the first 10,000 each month. There is no revenue share and no minimum.

## For companies running agents

Each pass is one agent. Its spending limit says what that agent may spend, and a seller checks the limit before it serves.

## For sellers

A seller checks a pass and the spending limit that remains with one call, answered in under 50 ms.

Company fees are a monthly subscription. Seller fees are metered by the check. Both are invoiced monthly. TollRelay never holds, moves or custodies funds.

## Questions

### Does TollRelay take a share of what agents spend?

No. There is no revenue share. A seller charges the way it already does, and TollRelay never holds, moves or custodies funds.

### What counts as a check?

One call from a seller to check a pass and read the spending limit that remains. Each answer comes with a receipt id for your history.

### How do I start?
